Hot or not


I got this dress at Forever 21, but I'm not sure if I love it or it's "meh".
I'm contemplating if I should return it or not. Any opinions?

    Oh god, trust me, there was so much wrong stuff at Forever 21! I didn't have time to look at accessories....should go back when I've got time.

    But I guess Ima keeping the dress. Thanks!

    Forever 21 is a cheapo shop...awful stuff in god-awful fabrics.

    The dress is definetly a thumbs-down but what can you expect from them?

    Looool. Ok this was a bit mean; but it"s not really your style, isn't it? Très petite fille innocente.

    Acutally I really really want a maxi dress, but I haven't seen any whose pattern I like. (I don't wanna get a plain one.) Any advice? By the way you haven't updated your blog for so long it makes me wonder....what's up?
